Evaluating a company's success can be a rather sensitive business. One of the ways we do that here at Business Growth Strategies is by taking a look at the company's business plan. If there is no written plan, we work toward achieving a focused, meaningful plan for your business.
We employ the following five-phase methodology:
Discover
This is the initial meeting where we review the current business plan. Many businesses do not have a formal written plan, and if this is the case, discussion will focus on current sales, service, and financial management tools that are currently in place, and goals for the future.
Analyze
After all the information is gathered, a careful analysis of weaknesses and strengths takes place.
Create
A custom plan is then created. We feel that a plan that sits on a shelf is of no use to any business. Some clients prefer a task-oriented list; others seek a complete narrative and summation of the current situation, problems, and solutions.
Implement
This includes specific tasks, who is responsible, and due dates for the various projects.
Monitor
This process can be left up to the individual business, or using BGS to meet on a monthly basis. The best plans sometimes do not progress if there is no system of monitoring and accountability. This is also the phase to re-evaluate and be sure the plan is working.
This 5 point system is the Business Growth Strategies key to success; let us help you figure out where you're going and how to get there. We will help you achieve your dreams.
